Today I provided detailed sales analysis for a report that was outside of my usual duties. It was praised by my boss. I love learning new things, being a contributor, helping my coworkers, and delighting the customers. I like being able to deliver and think outside the box. When things change, I enjoy learning new ways to get my job done. Problem-solving has always been a strength of mine. I am really using this attribute in my new position! Staying very, very busy at work but it is rewarding to do a great job and make a difference. I am very positive about the future with this company. Things will only get better when we are finally Axalta. Little DCP will suddenly be global and growing faster than we can imagine right now. It's a great time to be here.
