I purchased a house in 1992.  I loved that house and, after being there for several decades, I thought that I might never leave.  My realtor in Columbus OH (Brian Kemp) helped me find the house and he did such a great job finding a home that was perfect for me that I had no reason to move.  So here's a little endorsement for Brian!!

But, things change, and in 2017 I accepted a new job in a different state.  I'm excited for my new adventure and plan to utilize all social media and technology platforms to stay in close touch with my family in Ohio!  And now I find myself house-hunting again.  It's fun, exciting, time-consuming, confusing, exhausting, and your feet hurt.  But I know it will lead to my finding another house that I can fall in love with and make my home.  A place that I can relax in, chill with my dog, and welcome my visitors from Ohio (and elsewhere!)  I am also planning to open my home to my Dad, who has decided to leave Newark, Ohio.  We get along so great and in his final years of life, I want him to be with family.

Oh . . . I am moving to Huntsville, AL.  Rocket capital of the USA!  An interesting, diverse, progressive place in the Tennessee Valley area of Northern Alabama.  I'm not sure how open people will be to a Buckeye fan living in their midst, but so far everyone that I have met here is super friendly.  It's a small city, which is different for me, but I am enjoying the very light rush hour traffic for sure!  Being early Spring, so far the weather is delightful.  Let's revisit the weather in the thick of Summer!!

I am grateful for the opportunity to do something different and find out where that will lead me.  I am confident that good things will come of this change.
