It is a little awkward after a long, successful career, to find yourself job-hunting and in need of help. I have established a great list of references and I am so grateful to each one for their willingness to help me score interviews and find a new position! One of the upsides is that you really find out how people feel about you! Recently, a colleague shared the e-mail he sent to a potential employer on my behalf.
