It is a little awkward after a long, successful career, to find yourself job-hunting and in need of help. I have established a great list of references and I am so grateful to each one for their willingness to help me score interviews and find a new position! One of the upsides is that you really find out how people feel about you! Recently, a colleague shared the e-mail he sent to a potential employer on my behalf. I am pleased and humbled to read that he described me as, "...an exceptional person: smart, disciplined, pleasant, eloquent, dedicated, customer-focused...all those features that define a valuable employee...I've known Peggy for decades and can vouch for her capabilities." Thanks, friend!
